Full SMS Consent Document
Skyniss is operated by CuPublic Inc., a Texas corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This document describes the SMS messages Skyniss may send to the phone number you provide at registration, and your rights to control those messages. By checking the SMS consent box during signup, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What You Are Agreeing To
By providing your mobile phone number at registration and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly authorize Skyniss to send you text messages (SMS or MMS) at that number for the purposes described in Section 2. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
2. Types of SMS You May Receive
Skyniss may send the following categories of SMS messages to the phone number you provide:
- (a) Account verification codes used to confirm ownership of the phone number during signup, login, or sensitive account changes.
- (b) Service notifications related to your account, including security alerts, password resets, and notices required for the operation of the App.
- (c) Availability and launch updates, including notifications about Skyniss expanding to your area if you were placed on a waitlist because you attempted to register from outside our current launch area.
- (d) Other operational messages reasonably related to your use of Skyniss.
Skyniss does not use SMS for general advertising of unrelated third-party products or services.
3. Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and account events. We aim to send only the messages necessary to operate Skyniss and to keep you informed about availability in your area.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages from Skyniss at any time using any of the following methods:
- (a) Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. This will unsubscribe your phone number from further SMS, except where required for legal or security purposes.
- (b) Email [email protected] with a request to remove your phone number from SMS communications.
- (c) If you have an active account, delete your account through the App's Settings, which will end further SMS communications other than those legally required.
After you opt out, you may still receive transactional SMS that is strictly required for security or legal compliance, such as confirmation that your opt-out was processed.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Skyniss is not responsible for any charges your wireless carrier may impose.
7. Changes to This Consent
We may update this SMS Consent document from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of Skyniss after such notification, and your continued willingness to receive SMS, constitutes acceptance of the updated document. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 4.
8. Consent Record
When you check the SMS consent box at signup, we record your acceptance of this document along with the version, the timestamp, and technical identifiers such as IP address and device information. This record is retained as part of our consent log for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
BY CHECKING THE SMS CONSENT BOX, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS SMS CONSENT DOCUMENT, AND YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES FROM SKYNISS AT THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED.
